AGM NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR NOMINATIONS OF OFFICE BEARERS AND COMMITTEE

 

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Australia Sri Lanka Medical Aid Team will be held on Tuesday 25^th September 2018 7pm. The meeting will be held at the Department of Chemical Engineering, Meeting Room (Room 3.14, Bldg 165) University of Melbourne, Parkville.

4. Read and confirm minutes of the last AGM
5. Matters arising from the above minutes

Nominations are welcome for the positions of office bearers (President, Vice-president, Treasurer and Secretary) and Committee Members. Nomination Forms (attached) should be returned via email to lara.mayze@uqconnect.edu.au by 11^th September 2018.
